Creative.Miami is a subsidiary company of Faceless Technologies and their art / design departments.
Why does it show Faceless Technologies on my order receipt?
The accounting for Creative.Miami runs through the parent company DBA Faceless Technologies.

Faceless Technologies is a full service marketing firm that has been in business for over 25 years. They perform any and all functions to assist in business growth and development in the modern age.

What are the image specifications for printing custom images?
We recommend that you send us the biggest, highest resolution image you have (the image should be clear at the largest size). As a general rule of thumb, we suggest that the image be at least half the size of the canvas size you’re interested in (i.e. — for a 12″×12″ canvas, we would prefer the image to be at least 6″×6″). NOTE: Each image must be a minimum of 500KB to ensure a high-quality print. Give us a call for custom print options. 888-Print-21
What file format images can I send?
You may send photos that are formatted as “jpg”, “tiff”, “pdf”, “png”, or “gif”
Where can I see the sizes?
Once you have sent your photo and created an account, you will be contacted by email and phone to approve the print proof.
Why do I need to create an account before selecting a size?
Yes, accounts are required for custom photo orders. We are able to save your image in your account for future reference and to store your proofs for approval and reference.
How long will I have access to my images?
Creative is not an image storage or hosting service. Therefore, the images you upload are made accessible for limited periods of time. If you purchase prints, you will have access to your images for at least 90 days from the date of purchase.
Will I receive a proof before my image is printed?
You can expect to receive a proof of your touched up image before production begins.
What is the delivery timeframe for custom artwork?
Most orders are delivered within 8-12 business days from the date you approve your proofs.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Return Policy information

Any items (with exception of clearance items) can be returned within 30 days.

Clearance Items are not eligible for return, refund, or repair service and are sold As-Is.

Any authorized returns will be evaluated for post-delivery damages and may be subject to reconditioning charges.

Please note that depending upon the policies of your credit card company, a refund issued to your card by Creative.Miami could take 2-3 weeks to show on your credit card account

How Will My Order Ship?
We’ve carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item’s delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart.
Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs

If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply

When Will My Order Arrive?

Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time – the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. 

For Small Parcel shipments within the United States, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days (except for USPS which ships in 1-10 business days). Call us if you have any questions or concerns.

For Large Parcel Deliveries, delivery usually takes between 3-6 business days from the time your items leave the warehouse.
